Cibuľu, mrkvu, baklažán a cuketu nakrájame nadrobno. Do hrnca dáme trochu oleja, nakrájanú zeleninu, trochu vody a vložíme do ohňa. Necháme variť 15-20 minút, potom pridáme nakrájané paradajky a papriku. Osolíme a tymián ... Po 15-20 minútach pridajte nakrájané zemiaky. Panvicu vložte do rúry a nechajte asi 30 minút na miernom ohni. Po vypnutí ohňa pridajte petržlenovú vňať.
